A laid back style should be a no-brainer for anyone. You just have to own the essentials: a perfect tee, nice fitting jeans, comfy booties, printed scarf or any eye-catching accessories then you're good to go! If you're too lazy to wear eye makeup just wear some big classy sunnies and don't forget to put color on your lips. ;)

Just turned 29 this 31st of October! It was indeed an amazing birthday for me. My dearest Man Gabriele (who btw looked very dapper & handsome that night!) took me out for dinner at the Sky City. It's the tallest tower in NZ and the view up there was absolutely spectacular!

Now is the perfect season to own any floral printed apparel --- a top, pair of jeans, dress, or better yet go for a blazer with bright floral prints. The layering season is almost over... Goodbye Winter, hello Spring! Wool and all those thick coats are out, and denim jackets are in. :) Got a good feeling that denim tops will definitely be in now. So grab one for you and strut that casual yet chic look.

Every woman's wardrobe should have some "classic" pieces. Choose the kind of garment that transcends fashion trends. Something you can wear again and again no matter how many times the seasons change in the fashion realm. Let me tell you that once you own "the classics", you won't need anymore a huge wardrobe with heaps of clothes.... You just gotta have a larger than life imagination to put all the pieces together from your versatile wardrobe. This is what happens whenever I get bored.  I usually become creative and inspired to make sets on polyvore. Right now I'm feeling the scarlet fever. I believe that wearing RED simply empowers a Woman. So go ahead BE BOLD AND WEAR RED... Any red... Whether it's that sexy chiffon scarlet dress, or those pair of red killer pumps, or perhaps that hot red lipstick (Hello MAC Ruby Woo!). Just wear it and I'm telling you it will forever change the way you feel about yourself! Imagine: a sexier, hotter, and more confident Woman will be unleashed inside you. That's simply the power of red...and that's why I love that hue.

I'm already wearing 3 layers of clothing (tank top + merino long sleeves top + thick knit cardigan) BUT I still feel so cold! At the end of the day I took out my North Face fleece jacket (that explains the big tote) and that made it all better...and warmer. Really can't wait for Winter to be over. So for now I'll just enjoy layering my clothes til Spring comes!

I love love love accessories (...especially when it's on sale)! I'm liking now this Australian brand Forever New. Their accessories as well as clothes are just so fab and chic! When it comes to fashion, you don't have to buy all those expensive real jewelries to be stylish. (But if you can afford it go ahead and splurge) If NOT, then it's alright to own just a few real ones and make the rest of your accessories ---> fashion statement pieces that are affordable.

Winter Wear

It's already winter in NZ. Good thing it doesn't snow where I live, but it surely rains most of the time plus it's windy! 

My winter must haves: a pair of comfy boots plus a fab statement jacket/coat, and I'm all good. I just keep the rest basic (eg. plain knitted top, leggings, etc).

I just love anything DENIM. For me it's the most versatile fabric ever made, 'cause you can pair it with just about anything!

Ladies, let's be real...Who doesn't love SALE?? And don't you love it even more when you find that perfect stylish item after rummaging through those crazy sale racks?! It's like finding a hidden treasure in a sea of clothes.

Don't be afraid to mix high end fashion with high-street ones. Remember it's not always about the brand, it's all about the style.
